Blazers are considering trading away Andre Miller

The Portland Trail Blazers are considering offering the Nets Andre Miller and Joel Przybilla for Devin Harris and Troy Murphy. It is also rumored that the Nets will trade away Harris JUST for Andre Miller. Financially, a third team would have to be involved because Murphy and Harris combine for $21 million while Miller and Przybilla combine for $14.6 million. Another rumor that makes the most sense is Harris to Portland, Miller to Denver, and Felton to New Jersey

.

Blazers eye Bobcats Forward Gerald Wallace

As the trade deadline approaches, the Blazers are looking to make a move. I, personally, think that this is necessary if the Blazers want to advance past the first round in the playoffs. The Blazers aren't yet offering anything that the Bobcats would accept for Gerald Wallace.

Roy and Camby to return Wednesday

The Blazers' Brandon Roy and Marcus Camby are scheduled to return Wednesday as the Blazers host their rival Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers will be coming off a back-to-back which might give the Blazers a 4th quarter edge. Meanwhile, the Blazers will be coming off a league leading 6 game winning streak.

Knicks Land 'Melo In Blockbuster Deal!

This deal will most likely dramatically shake the Knicks roster as well as the Nuggets. The Knicks will now also have a "Big Three" in 'Melo, Amare Stoudemire, and Chauncey Billups. It is rumored that the Nuggets will look to re-trade guard Raymond Felton and center Nene.

Roy Out 2 Games with Sore Knee

Blazer Shooting Guard Brandon Roy is experiencing pain and soreness in his right knee. He will likely be back to action on November, 26 vs. the New Orleans Hornets. Roy's backup, Wesley Matthews, has been phenomenal in his first start since playing with the Northwest Division Rival, Utah Jazz. Wesley was signed to a 4 year, 34 million dollar contract which the Jazz had to decline. Many thought that the Blazers were crazy doing this but so far, it's payed off. The Blazers next two games will be Today at 7:30 vs. the Nuggets and Saturday vs. the Jazz at 7:00.

Sam Bowie II Out Again

It seems like the Blazers just can't get a break. Greg Oden is once again going to undergo a knee surgery. This one is on his left knee. Blazers athletic trainer Jay Jensen was in an emotional breakdown as he answered reporters questions during a live press conference on NBA.com. Greg has been compared to Sam Bowie who the Blazers picked before...yes, it hurts to say this...Michael Jordan, arguably the best basketball player of all time. Sam Bowie, like Oden, was a bust. Greg Oden was picked with the #1 pick in the 2007 NBA Draft before arguably the current best basketball player, Kevin Durant, who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Durant is picked on a majority of fantasy teams according to ESPN.com. Greg Oden will not return at all this season. His previously scheduled return date was January 2nd, 2011 against the Houston Rockets. Greg Oden will be a restricted free agent next summer, although it is highly unlikely that any team will give him an offer sheet. Joel Przybilla, also injury riddled, will more than likely appear during the Blazers vs. Hornets game the day after Thanksgiving, which I will attend. Former Hornet Sean Marks will back up centers Marcus Camby and Joel Przybilla.
